Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Rights 

Under UK and EU consumer law (right of withdrawal), customers have the right to return eligible goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  

Return Eligibility 

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original packaging. 

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or sealed at the time of delivery.

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after receipt. 

Faulty Items 

If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us with photos. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
